BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – After a season with already multiple program records shattered, Birmingham-Southern football set another by earning the most Southern Athletic Association All-Conference honors in program history. Headlined by Gentry Neese (Franklin, Tenn./Franklin HS), who was named SAA Newcomer of the Year, BSC placed 15 Panthers on All-SAA teams.

The Birmingham-Southern women?s basketball team battled tough against Rose-Hulman Sunday afternoon before falling 69-54 in the final game of the 2018 Richard Dardenne Memorial Classic. BSC (0-2) saw Emilee Olsen (Marietta, Ga./Lassiter HS) named to the All-Classic team for her performance over the weekend.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Senior Jeneva Salter (Madison, Ala./Bob Jones HS) and junior Caroline Johnson (Lucas, Texas/Lovejoy HS) were named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-South Region, the organization announced Thursday. Salter earned first-team honors, while Johnson was recognized on the honorable mention team.
