Weight Room Hours
Summer 2010 Workout Times
All voluntary workouts will be at Panther Stadium. Students must pick a workout time and be on time,
no showing up late!
The evening workouts are for those who have a job or internship obligation, otherwise you must workout at one of the morning times.
Weight room days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Running days are Tuesday and Thursday and the workout will be outside on the Panther Stadium field.
Monday, May 17 through Friday, June 3
Mornings: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8am
Evenings: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 5:30-7:30pm
Monday, June 7 through Tuesday, August 10
Mornings: Monday-Friday - 8am, 10am, 11am
Evenings: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 5:30-7:30pm

The Panther Stadium Weight Room, constructed in 2007 and located in Panther Stadium, the home of BSC football, track and field, and men's and women's lacrosse, is a state-of-the-art facility open to all BSC student-athletes.

BSC student-athletes also have access to the Athletic Weight Room Facility located in Bill Battle Coliseum, located directly below the T.B. Pearson Sports Hall of Fame Room. Both rooms were dedicated on January 11, 2006, and made possible by a generous gift from BSC Trustee Tom Lowder's family.
The Athletic Weight Room Facility includes top-of-the-line Hammer Strength training equipment for BSC’s student-athletes.
Strength & Conditioning All-Americans
Natasha Stark (volleyball) and Evan Wilson (football) were BSC's most recent National Strength and Conditioning Association All-Americans. Prior winners were: Jess Smith (women's soccer 2005-06); Sarah Martin (volleyball 2004-05); Shema Mbyirukira (men's basketball 2003-04); and Kyndall Waters (volleyball 2002-03).
