Logan Harris Named Women’s Head Coach

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Birmingham-Southern College Director of Athletics Kyndall Waters has named Logan Harris the Panthers new head women's lacrosse coach.  Hired as an assistant coach this past fall, Harris will take the helm beginning June 1.

"I'm incredibly proud to have Logan Harris as our next women's lacrosse coach," said Waters.  "Logan was a standout student-athlete at Birmingham-Southern and understands our program and its goals.  She's an enthusiastic recruiter and is dedicated to moving our program forward. "

No stranger to the program, Harris graduated from BSC in 2014 after playing four seasons.  Her freshman year was cut short due to injury, but she received second-team all-conference honors her sophomore year and continued to excel from there.

The two-year captain would earn all-conference honors in both her junior and senior seasons, finishing on first team in 2014 after coming in second in caused turnovers and third in ground balls in the league.
