BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – No. 21 Birmingham-Southern women's volleyball is primed for a run at its first Southern Athletic Association title this weekend as the Panthers travel to Mount Berry, Ga. for the leagues 2018 tournament. BSC (23-5) is the No. 2 seed, finishing one game behind regular season champ and host Berry College.
The Panthers open the tournament against seventh seeded Oglethorpe University on Friday at 6 p.m. ET. This is just the second meeting of the two teams in the tournament. BSC won the first 3-0 back in the 2016 quarterfinals.

The Panthers are 8-6 all-time in the tournament and 5-1 in the quarterfinal round. Fans can follow the action live at tournament central here.
