BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – No. 21 Birmingham-Southern volleyball was seeded fourth in the South Regional of the 2018 NCAA Tournament. BSC (25-6) earned an at-large bid after finishing third in the region. This is the Panthers second consecutive trip to the dance, third all-time.
The regional is being hosted by SAA champion No. 17 Berry College in Mount Berry, Ga. and includes nationally ranked No. 4 Colorado College, No. 9 Emory, and No. 22 Mary Hardin-Baylor, as well as, Washington & Lee, Meredith College, and Rose-Hulman.
BSC will face Mary Hardin-Baylor in the first round Friday night at 5:30 p.m. ET. The winner will face either Berry or Rose-Hulman in the regional semifinals on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET. The Panthers are 1-2 all-time in the tournament.
