Memphis, Tenn. – The Birmingham-Southern women's basketball team started strong at Rhodes College on Saturday. But a big fourth quarter helped the Lynx secure the 133-107 win.
Brooke Westhoelter (Clearwater, Fla./Calvary Christian HS) dropped a career-high 20 points to lead the team.
Ryane Williams (Atlanta, Ga./South Forsyth HS) and
Anna Beth Giles (Gadsden, Ala./Glencoe HS) also earned double-figures. Williams put up 15 points and grabbed a team-high seven rebounds. Giles earned 11 points, respectively.
BSC returns home this Friday night when they welcome Oglethorpe University to the Hilltop. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m.
