Birmingham, Ala. – The Birmingham Southern men's cross country competed at University of Alabama at Birmingham for their third 8k event of the season. Running in a field that included Division I opponents. The Panthers accumulated a total of 507 points placing them in 17^th place
 
The Panthers had four runners hit their PR: Beck Wilkes, Gavin Thornhill, Holden Snyder, and Carl Albright. Griffin Riner hit his season best during the UAB Blazer Classic. 
 
Wilkes recorded a time of 27:36 beating his old PR of 28:21 at the Blazer Classic in 2019. Thornhill recorded a time of 29:27 beating his old PR for a second time this season at the Falcon Classic with a time of 30:55. Snyder recorded a time of 29:54 beating his old PR at the Falcon Classic with a time of 30:54. For a third time this season Albright beats his old PR once again with a time of 32:23, his old time was 33:19 at rivalry school Huntingdon College. Riner had a season best with a time of 30:42.
