ATLANTA, Ga. - Birmingham-Southern took down Oglethorpe University on Sunday with a big 7-2 victory in Atlanta, adding their second win in the conference schedule.
Birmingham-Southern took all three doubles matches with No. 1
Tanner DeBardelaben and
Wil Dotson, and No. 2
Ryan King and
Sam Tolbert, taking their opponents in close 8-7 matches. No. 3
Eli Ingleson and
Tom Smith breezed through with a strong 8-2 win.
BSC took four out of the six singles matches with courts 1-4 taking the victories for the Panthers. Court three finished first with
Sam Tolbert winning 6-1, 6-0.
Wil Dotson was next taking it 6-1, 6-3.
Ryan King followed on court two and
Tanner DeBardelaben after him on court four.
