Biography

2014-15:  Won the SAA championship in the 200 free and 800 free relays, earning First-Team All-Conference honors... named Team Captain for the 2015-16 season... SAA finishes:  1st, 50 free (24.29); 2nd, 100 free (53.38); 4th, 200 free (1:55.87).

2012-13: First-Team All-Conference... SAA champion in the 50 free, while also placing fifth in the 200 free and the 100 free... member of the 200 free relay (2nd), 400 free (3rd), 200 medley (2nd), and the 400 medley relay (2nd) at the SAA championship.

Pre-BSC: 2011 & 2012 Academic All-State at Bishop Lynch High School... 2011 & 2012 Swimming MVP... Natonal Honor Society (2011 & 2012)... Honor Roll (2008-12)... Scholastic All-America (2010 & 2011)... also ran track.

Personal: Daughter of Jim and Joyce Stempak... born July 4, 1994... has an older sister, Lauren, and two younger brothers, R.J. and Scott.
