Outdoor 2019: 110m Hurdles Conference Champion … first-team all-conference … helped the 4x100 team to a second place finish at the Southern Athletic Association Championship (Apr. 26-27) … led the team in 110 hurdles … competed in 100, 200, 400, 110 hurdles, 400 hurdles, 4x100 and 4x400 … posted a win legal PR in the 110 hurdles (15.55) at the Falcon Finale (May 10-11) for a fourth place finish … ran a personal best in 400 hurdles (57.84) for a third place finish at the Hilltop Classic (Mar. 30) … earned career bests in 100 (11.77) and 400 (53.41) at the Samford Alabama Track Challenge (Apr. 11-12) …  ran a PR in the 200 (23.32) at the Falcon Track and Field Classic (Mar. 22-23) … finished the season with eight top ten finished in the 110 hurdles.

Indoor 2019: Competed in 55m hurdles, 60m hurdles, 55m, 60m and 200m … ran PR’s in the 60 (7.66), 200 (24.05) and 60 hurdles (9.14) at the ‘Southern Indoor Challenge (Feb. 11) for a seventh place finish in the 60 hurdles … earned a first place finish in the 55 hurdles and sixth in the 55 at Sewanee Indoor Invitational (Feb. 15).
