BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern softball team completed its sweep of Southern Athletic Association rival Rhodes College Sunday with a 7-4 victory in BSC Softball Park. The Panthers (16-8) improved to 8-2 in conference play with the win.

Haley Crumpton (Alabaster, Ala./Thompson HS) went 3-for-4 with five RBI to lead the Panthers.  She also earned the win, pitching a complete seven innings and striking out eight.

BSC hits the road next.  The Panthers take on Millsaps March 24-25 in Jackson, Miss.
