Outdoor 2019: Competed in shot put and hammer throw … threw PRs in shot put (11.39m) and hammer (26.86) at the Samford Alabama Track Challenge (Apr. 11-12) for a ninth and 12th place finish … earned a sixth place finish in hammer and ninth in shot put at the Major Quad (Apr. 19) … found a ninth place finish in shout put at the Hilltop Classic (Mar. 30).

Indoor 2019: Competed in shot put … threw a PR (34’5.75”) at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (Nov. 30) … earned an eight place finish in the shot put at Sewanee Indoor Invitational (Feb. 15).
