Pre-BSC:  Ran cross country and track for Coach Angela Harris at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School in Mobile, Ala. ... helped the Yellow Jackets to four 6A Sectional titles and was a three-time All-County performer... posted personal best times of 12:07 (two-mile/track), 5:33 (mile/track) and 2:29 (800m)... ran a 20:21 in the 5K and a 12:42 cross country two mile... finished ninth in the Jesse Owens Classic Silver Division... lettered four years on the track team.
