Chattanooga, Tenn. – The Birmingham-Southern women's soccer team battled through over 55 scoreless minutes against Covenant College Saturday before the Scots netted the eventual game winner in the second half.  BSC (0-1) would eventually fall 2-0.
 
Blakley Jones (Tuscaloosa, Ala./Holy Spirit Catholic HS) finished with a game-high seven saves. And Abby Walker (Hickory, N.C./Fred T. Foard HS) took a team-high three shots, one on goal.

The Panthers stay on the road and face Piedmont next.  Match time is set for 2 p.m.
