BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Birmingham-Southern women's soccer dropped its first Southern Athletic Association game of the year to defending conference champion Centre College Saturday morning.
 
After the Colonels opened scoring in the third minute, BSC responded quickly with the equalizer.  Sydney Barrow (Birmingham, Ala./Indian Springs HS) took a pass from Abby Branham (Cullman, Ala./Cullman HS) to the back of the net.  That would be the Panthers lone goal in the 9-1 loss.
 
BSC remains on the road.  They head to take on Millsaps College next on Saturday, April 3.
