PANTHERS SPLIT FINAL DAY IN DANVILLE

DANVILLE, KY - BSC Volleyball finished 1-1 in their final day at the Colonel Invitational hosted by Centre College. They wrapped up their weekend with a victory over Wittenburg 3-1 before falling to Denison University 3-2.

The Panthers split the first two sets (25-21, 25-20) before dropping the third set in extra points 26-24.

BSC collected the match win after a 26-24 victory in the fourth set thanks to Kylie Wilhelmi and Gracie Sims taking care of business with 10 and 9 kills each.

Game 2 Vs. Denison

The second match of the day was a five-set duel with Denison University that the Panthers fell short in.

With dominant 25-13 and 25-19 victories in the first two sets, Big Red snuck back into the match and took the victory with three straight wins. (25-23, 25-19, 15-11)

Kylie Wilhelmi, Emily Buhl, and Claire Hayes all had double digit kills in the match.
