Biography

2015: Played in nine games … made collegiate debut in season opening 29-28 win at LaGrange (Sept. 5) … earned three tackles for a loss of 12 yards, including one sack … grabbed first collegiate interception at Millsaps (Oct. 17) … finished with 25 total tackles, 16 solo.

 

2014:  Played on the junior varsity squad.

 

2013:  Saw junior varsity action as a freshman.

 

Pre-BSC:  Lettered five years for coach Justin Jones at Florala High School... four-time All-County Defensive Line (2009-2012)... finished in the top four in shot put 2011-2013... also lettered in basketball and track and field... member of Beta Club, Math Club, and French Club.

 

Personal:  Son of Debra Gibbs... born April 8, 1995... uncle, Ron Gibbs played football for Troy University... majoring in biology with a minor in history.
