Biography

2016-17: Helped team win Southern Athletic Association Championship… swam a career-best time of 31.91 in the 50-yard fly at the Sewanee Invitational (Oct. 28) … set a personal record of of 5:08.10 in the 400-yard IM at the SAA Championships (Feb. 10).

 

2015-16: Earned spot on SAA Academic Honor Roll … competed in two B events at the SAA Championships as a sophomore … placed 11th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:14.56) and 15th in the 200-yard butterfly (2:23.25).

 

2014-15:  Competed in the breast, fly, and IM events... placed in three events at the 2015 SAA Championship:  9th, 200 BR (2:40.10); 10th, 100 BR (1:15.25); 14th, 400 IM (5:09.93).

 

Pre-BSC:  Lettered at North Star High School, competing mostly in the butterfly... four-year Team Captain... Academic All-State (2010-2014) ... National Honor Society (2013-14) ... Honor Roll (2010-2014).

 

Personal:  Born on May 15, 1996... daughter of Randy and Sally Moon... has an older sister, Rachel... majoring in biology.
