2022: Southern Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll selection... appeared in 26 sets for the Panthers... recorded four kills, 110 set assists, 49 digs, and 10 points... was part of a team that ranked inside the top 20 in two statistical categories in Division III.

2021: Appeared in six matches for the Panthers, recorded 26 assists and eight digs ... was a part of a team that earned the AVCA Team Academic Award.

2020: Member of BSC’s first Southern Athletic Association  tournament title team … a part of defense that was ranked nationally in opponent hitting percentage … contributed to offense that was ranked nationally in assists per set … tied career best in assists per set against both Rhoades (Feb. 28) and Millsaps (Apr. 10) … appeared in four matches.

2019: Helped Panthers win first Southern Athletic Association title in school history … appeared in seven matches …  made collegiate debut against St. Catherine (Aug. 30) … finished season with 25 assists and 16 digs … SAA Academic Honor Roll … Dean’s List.
 
PRIOR TO BSC: Earned four varsity letters … three-year team captain … student athlete of the month (Oct. 2017) … team mental attitude award (2017-18) … offensive player of the year … member of team championship in Windy City Qualifier (American Division) … member of fifth place team at 2016 USAV Junior Nationals (American Division) … Academic All-Conference … MHS Academic All-Stars member … National Honor Society and Business Professionals of America member.
 
PERSONAL: Born July 24 … daughter of Anne and Kurtis Cowgur … has two younger siblings, Corinne and Wayne … plans to study health sciences.
