2021-22: Southern Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll selection... appeared in all 26 games for the Panthers, making two starts... averaged just over 12 minutes per game... shot 36-percent from three-point range... member of team that ranked in the top 30 of three statistical categories including, three pointers attempted, offensive rebounds per game, and total rebounds per game.

2020-21: Appeared in 14 games... averaged 14 minutes per game... had 23 rebounds... made 7 steals... averaged 3.5 points per game.

PRIOR TO BSC: Graduated from Episcopal School of Baton Rouge... three-sport student-athlete… competed in football, basketball, and track… three-year letter winner in basketball and track… two-year letter winner in football… was two-time first-team all-district, named all-tournament, a team captain, and 1,000 point scorer in basketball… named all-state… first-team all-district, captain, and team MVP in football… three-time state champion, state record holder, team captain, and all-metro in track… earned school’s unanimous Athlete of the Year award… Dean’s List … transferred from LSU.
 
PERSONAL: Born Feb. 17… son of Shelly Skal and Gabriel Garrido… majoring in Business Management… volunteered with food drives and flood relief work, and built homes.
