BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern men's lacrosse team battled hard against Berry College Sunday afternoon, but eventually fell 11-9 in their regular season finale. The Panthers are now 7-8 overall and 4-3 against Southern Athletic Association opponents heading into the conference tournament.

David Arnold (Tuscaloosa, Ala./Northridge HS) finished with a game-high three goals.  Matt Quill (Fort Mill, S.C./Coker College) grabbed a game-high 18 saves in the loss.

The Panthers now prepare to host the first round of the SAA Tournament. BSC will host Hendrix on Saturday, April 22.  The winner then heads to top seeded Rhodes College on Friday, April 28.
