BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern men's tennis team came out strong against Centre College Sunday, topping the Colonels 7-2 on the Dielen Tennis Complex.

The Panthers swept doubles play. In singles, Alex Makarenko (Suwanee, Ga./Peachtree Ridge HS) had the better match on the day, dropping just two games.

The Panthers hit the road next.  They will take on Berry College at 9 a.m. ET on Friday, April 14.
