Box Score BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern women's basketball team fell 57-43 against Sewanee Sunday to close out their home season. BSC (10-12) is still in a position to finish in the top half of the Southern Athletic Association with a 4-7 record and three games remaining in the regular season.
Three Panthers earned double-digit points. Emilee Olsen (Marietta, Ga./Lassiter HS) led with team-highs of 12 points and 12 rebounds for her ninth double-double of the season. Leah Middleton (Decatur, Ga./St. Pius X HS) and Elizabeth Philpot (Birmingham, Ala./Spain Park HS) finished with 10 points each, respectively.
BSC hits the road for the remainder of the regular season. They take on Hendrix College this Friday at 6 p.m. and then Rhodes College on Sunday at 1 p.m.
