Box Score BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – In a tale of two halves, the Birmingham-Southern women's basketball team rebounded from a slow start, but could not pass Oglethorpe University and fell 65-48 Friday night in Bill Battle Coliseum.
BSC (3-10) outscored the Stormy Petrels 34-28 in the second half. The Panthers were led by Kaitlin Hogan (Vestavia Hills, Ala./Vestavia Hills HS). She hit 5-of-7 from the floor to earn a game-high 13 points. Hogan also grabbed a team-high seven rebounds, two steals, and a block.
BSC welcomes Berry College to the Hilltop on Sunday as they continue conference play. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m.
