Birmingham, Ala.- The Panthers men's swimming and diving team returned to the Crossplex Saturday, after competing against the University of Alabama, and brought the same momentum into this meet.
Noah Prevost came in third place in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 53.40. Going into the 1000-yard freestyle,
Carson Maggio came in third place with a time of 10:31.77. The Panthers took first through third place in the 200-yard backstroke.
Chris Rubin finished in first place with a time of 2:02.70.
Joe Swing came in second place with a time of 2:06.42. Coming in third place was
Cameron Coffey with a time of 2:11.26. In the 500-yard freestyle,
Charlie Fountain and
Carson Maggio took first and second place in this event. Fountain finished with a time of 5:00.13 and Maggio finished with a time of 5:01.88.
Chase Bolding recorded a time of 2:13.06 in the 200-yard breaststroke to finish in first place. Right behind him was
Aden Kraft with a time of 2:13.58. Finishing off in third place was
Hayden Henderson with a time of 2:21.36.
In the three-meter dive,
Avery Balch recorded a final score of 289.42. This score qualifies Balch for the regional diving meet.
