BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern men's basketball team fell to Hendrix College 82-72 Friday night in Bill Battle Coliseum. The Panthers moved to 8-3 overall, 5-1 against Southern Athletic Association opponents.
BSC was led by
Cameron Glover (Trussville, Ala./Hewitt-Trussville HS), who finished with a team-high 19 points, making 7-of-11 from the floor.
Christian Stewart (Irondale, Ala./Shades Valley HS) earned his first double-double of the year. He netted 12 points and grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds.
Ben Spence (Germantown, Tenn./Christian Brothers HS) finished with 10 rebounds of his own, respectively.
The Panthers close the series against Hendrix tomorrow. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m.
