SEWANEE, Tenn. – The Birmingham-Southern men's basketball team controlled the pace of their 82-65 win over Southern Athletic Association rival Sewanee Saturday from start to finish. BSC (7-2, 3-1 SAA) converted turnovers to points and fed the big men inside to secure the win.
Cameron Glover (Trussville, Ala./Hewitt-Trussville HS) earned a team-high 16 points to lead the four Panthers in double-figures.
Christian Stewart (Irondale, Ala./Shades Valley HS) netted 14 points and grabbed a team-high seven rebounds.
Troy Stephens (Atlanta, Ga./St. Pius X Catholic HS) finished with 12 points, and
Evan Sigler (Franklin, Tenn./Franklin HS) had 11, respectfully
The Panthers close the series against Sewanee tomorrow. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m.
