Birmingham, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern men's swimming and dive team returned to the pool with their second dual meet of the year. After a stellar performance yesterday, January 21, the Panthers brought that momentum in this meet taking on SAA teams Millsaps and Berry College. The Panthers dominated against Millsaps with a final score of 197-43. Berry came to compete in the pool, but BSC held them off winning the meet 153-111. The Panthers won 10 out of the 30 events in the meet.
The Panthers dominated in the relay side of the meet. BSC collected first place (3:32.50) and third place (3:40.50) in the 400 Medley Relay. The Panthers also put a stellar performance on in the 40 Free Relay taking first place (3:16.94) and second place (3:21.01).
The divers had a great performance in the 1 Meter Dive taking first through third place:

Jakob Icimsoy led the Panthers taking first place in the 200 Back (1:55.26) and 200 IM (1:55.95).
Jalen McDade dominated in the 100 Free with a time of 49.18 placing him in first place.
Chase Bolding had a great performance in the 200 Breast coming in first with a time of 2:14.34.
Carson Maggio held it down in the 500 Free placing first for a time of 4:55.50.
