DALLAS, Texas - The Birmingham-Southern women's lacrosse team opened up their spring trip in dominate fashion as they beat University of Dallas 25-0.
Marissa Henderson and
Ciera Rowland combined for 10 of the 25 goals.
BSC did most of their scoring in the first quarter, netting 11 of their 25 goals in the period.
Marissa Henderson and
Kathleen Napier each recorded a hat trick in the first six minutes of play. Before halftime they added on three goals in the second to take a 14-0 lead.
In the second half
Ciera Rowland and
Victoria Langevin both completed their hat trick. The BSC defense was equally impressive as the offense not allowing Dallas to score and holding them to just three shot the entire game. BSC scored 11 more goals before the game ended, as they picked up their seventh victory of the season 25-0.
