PANTHERS REMAIN PERFECT ON THE ROAD

Birmingham, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern men's lacrosse team took on the Pacers of William Peace University (WPU). The Panthers continued their winning streak making it five on the road against the Pacers. Austin Johnson had a stellar performance leading BSC in goals for the game.
 
The Pacers started the game off scoring the first goal of the in the first quarter. Southern answered back and recorded five goals. William Peace scored the last goal of the quarter. BSC led 5-2 after the first quarter. The Panthers brought that momentum into the second quarter scoring another five goals and holding WPU to zero goals. BSC came out of halftime scoring a total of six goals putting them up 16-4 at the end of the third quarter. Cameron Herd and Micah Finotti finished it off in the fourth quarter adding two goals helping the Panthers win with a final score of 18-6.
 
Austin Johnson led BSC in goals recording a total of five. Johnson added on two assists. Will Johns was dominate on the ground picking up seven ground balls. Luke Fajack recorded a total of three saves and picked up the win for the game.
