BIRMINGHAM, AL. – The Birmingham-Southern women's soccer team lost a lopsided 0-8 matchup vs. Emory University.
Birmingham-Southern saw just four shots on the night, against a very good Emory team. Emory came to town holding a 5-3-3 record with ties against two top SAA competitors Centre and Sewanee. Emory scored four goals in the first half outshooting the Panthers 19-0.
In the second half, the Panthers did not give up and would get off four shot attempts before allowing another four goals.
