BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern men's swim and dive team continued to hold a substantial lead after day three as they would finish the third day still in first place.
BSC started the meet strong finishing 1-2-3 in the 400 IM.
Charlie Fountain led the back with an NCAA BCUT time of 3:59.80.
Graham Simmon finished in second with a time of 4:06.35.
Adam Jones rounded out the trio in third place with a time of 4:07.78.
Noah Daniels followed that up with a fourth-place finish in the 100 butterfly. Following that event
Jakob Icimsoy and
AJ Schwabe would finish first and fourth respectively in the 200 freestyle event.
Connor McClain swam a time of 56.47 in the 100 breaststroke to claim third place while
Aden Kraft finished in fifth. In the final solo event Chris Rubin and
Noah Daniels finished in the top five to help the Panthers increase their store.
The 400-medley relay team for BSC took third with a time of 3:22.75, finishing the day in first place with 637 points.
