LAGRANGE, Ga. - The Birmingham-Southern men's lacrosse team scored double-digit goals for the fifth consecutive time this season in route to picking up their fourth victory 19-7 over LaGrange College.

How it happened

• LaGrange would take a quick 2-0 lead after scoring two goals within a minute and 30 seconds of the game starting. 
• Birmingham-Southern then went on a 4-1 goal run to take a 4-3 lead before the first quarter was over. 
• Birmingham-Southern controlled the second quarter outscoring LaGrange 4-1 and taking a commanding 8-4 lead into halftime. 
• The Panthers carried that momentum over to the second half. In the third quarter BSC grew their lead by four goals after outscoring LaGrange 6-2 in the period. 
• Birmingham-Southern again outscored the Panthers in the fourth quarter and won the game by 12 goals with a score of 19-7.

Game notes

• Four Panthers recorded a hat trick in the game, Robert Marquet, Austin Johnson, Raymond Fracchia, and Cameron Herd. 
• The Panthers committed a season low two penalties.
• For the first time this season Will Johns did not take a face-off.
• BSC out shot LaGrange 66-21.
