GREENSBORO, N.C. - Freshman diver, Justin Toth earned ninth place in the men's 1-meter diving even on Thursday, Mar. 16. With the ninth place finish he earned 2nd Team All-American Honors. 

During the 1-meter prelims Justin Toth, Avery Balch and Garrett George all competed to place in the top 16 at a chance to dive in the Championship Finals or Consolation Finals. Freshman Justin Toth would be the lone Panther to make it into the top 16 with a score of 456.20 landing him ninth place. Balch would finish 21st while George finished 23rd in the event. 

Balch ended with a score of 411.25 and George finished with 367.55.

With the 9th place finish Justin Toth earns Second Team All-American status. 

All three divers will compete in the 3-meter event on Saturday.
