2022: Southern Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll selection ... appeared in 14 games for the Panthers making 11 starts ... pitched 53.2 innings striking out 69 batters allowing a .217 opponent batting average ... finished the season 4-1 with a 7.04 ERA ... member of team that won both the regular season and tournament championships ... won the Lynchburg Regional and advanced to the super-regionals.

2021: Made four starts for the Panthers … pitched 21 innings … allowed 19 hits and 16 earned runs … walked 28 and struck out 21 batters … had an ERA of 6.86

PERSONAL: Bon May 28 … son of Scott and Debra Leerssen … has one younger sister, Hannah … plans to study business finance … did community outreach, hurricane cleanup, and painted houses, in a part of the Stump Scholar Program and an ARC Tutor.
