DANVILLE, Ky. – The Birmingham-Southern College women's volleyball team improved to 9-1, 2-0 in Southern Athletic Association play Sunday with a 3-0 win over Centre College.  The Panthers hit .355 as a team in the first set.  The win is their third straight sweep.

Jeneva Salter (Madison, Ala./Bob Jones HS) earned a game-high 13 kills.  Rachel Lee (Montgomery, Ala./The Montgomery Academy) finished with a game-high 19 assists, and Marjorie Ward (Winter Park, Fla./Winter Park HS) earned 16 of her own, respectively.  Caroline Johnson (Lucas, Texas/Lovejoy HS) led the defense with a game-high 20 digs.

The Panthers remain on the road this Wednesday, Sept. 21.  They head to Jackson, Miss. to take on Millsaps at 6 p.m.
