DANVILLE, Ky. – The Birmingham-Southern men's basketball team could not hold off Centre College Friday night and fell 75-62 on the road. The Panthers are now 9-10 overall, 5-3 in Southern Athletic Association play.

Harrison Deneka (Memphis, Tenn./Christian Brothers HS) led with team-highs of 19 points and 13 rebounds.  Ian Thom (Cold Spring, N.Y./Croton-Harmon HS) finished with 17 points of his own.

The Panthers head to take on Sewanee next on Sunday, Jan. 29 in a doubleheader with the women's team.
