CONWAY, Ark. – The Birmingham-Southern women's tennis pulled out the 6-3 win over Hendrix College Saturday to improve to 4-5 overall, 1-1 in Southern Athletic Association play.

The #3 doubles team of Lexie Dillard (Jasper, Ala./Walker HS) and Bonnie Lioce (Huntsville, Ala./Randolph School) won 8-0 to help the Panthers open with a 2-1 lead.  BSC then won at two of the top three singles positions and in #5 and #6 singles to secure the win.

The Panthers remain on the road.  They head to face Rhodes College on Sunday, April 2 at 9 a.m.
