JACKSON, Miss. – The Birmingham-Southern men's basketball team dropped its final game of the regular season on Saturday afternoon, falling to Millsaps 79-61.

The Panthers trailed from start to finish and was never able to get an advantage on the Majors.

Freshman Christian Stewart (Birmingham, Ala./Shades Valley HS) came off the bench to lead BSC in scoring with 10 points.

With the loss, Birmingham-Southern finishes the regular season 10-15 overall with a 7-7 record in the Southern Athletic Association.

The Panthers will travel to host Centre College for the SAA Championship Tournament quarterfinals on Friday, Feb. 23. Seeding and bracket information will be announced by the conference later.
