ORLANDO, Fla. – Birmingham-Southern women's tennis dropped its first match of the season Friday in Orlando at the USTA National Campus. BSC is now 3-1 on the year after falling 5-4 to Augustana.
Alyssa Yager (Gardendale, Ala./Gardendale HS) had two wins on the day. She and Isabella Wisener (Horton, Ala./Douglas HS) won at No. 1 doubles. Yager then went on to win at the No. 2 singles spot (6-4, 3-6, 6-0).
The Panthers take on East Carolina and Davenport tomorrow.
