MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Birmingham-Southern women's tennis dropped its first Southern Athletic Association match Saturday at Rhodes College 8-1. 

Lexie Dillard (Jasper, Ala./Walker HS) picked up the Panthers lone win at the No. 6 singles spot.  She defeated Tricia Sculco 6-3, 4-6, 11-9 to improve to 8-4 on the year.

BSC (8-5, 2-1 SAA) faces Hendrix College tomorrow at 9 a.m.
