BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The No. 4 Birmingham-Southern baseball team picked up an 11-5 win over North Park University in game two of the series on Saturday afternoon.

After allowing three runs in the top of the first, the Panthers put together a two-run bottom first and a three-run second inning to take the lead. BSC added to its lead by scoring another six runs over the remaining seven innings.

Junior third baseman Brian Williams (Marietta, Ga./Lassiter HS) and junior first baseman Drew Love (Birmingham, Ala./Calhoun CC) co-led the Panthers offensively, each having three RBI in the game. Williams was 3-of-5 from the plate with a two-run home run and a walk. Love was 2-of-5 from the dish with a run scored.
