MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Birmingham-Southern women's lacrosse team fell 24-13 at Rhodes Saturday afternoon.  The Panthers move to 2-5 overall, 0-3 against Southern Athletic Association opponents.

Jade Cox (Rome, Ga./Darlington School) led with a team-high five goals.  Ashley Shepherd (Dandridge, Tenn./Jefferson County HS) finished right behind her with four goals.  And Natalie Daniel (Ooltewah, Tenn./Baylor School) had a hat trick with three goals on three shots.

The Panthers remain on the road. They take on Huntingdon College on Thursday, March 9 at 6 p.m. in Montgomery, Ala.
