Box Score CONWAY, Ark. – The Birmingham-Southern women's lacrosse team defeated Hendrix College 22-16 on the road on Saturday afternoon, improving to 5-6 overall and 1-3 in the Southern Athletic Association.
Freshman Ryanne Ritter (Pelham, Ala./Oak Mountain HS) led the Panthers with seven goals and an assist.
Five other Panthers had multiple goals, including Jade Cox (Rome, Ga./Darlington School) and Natalie Daniel (Ooltewah, Tenn./Baylor School) who scored five and four goals, respectively. Cox and Daniel also led the team with five and six groundballs, respectively.
Freshman Zoe Taylor (St. Petersburg, Fla./St. Petersburg HS) got the win in goal, recording five saves.
Birmingham-Southern travels to Point University for its next match on Wednesday, April 4. The game is set to start at 6:30 p.m. ET.
