BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Birmingham-Southern softball improved to 6-0 against Southern Athletic Association opponents with its 11-5 win over Centre College Sunday.  BSC moved to 10-4 overall with the three-game sweep.

Bailey Murphy (Trussville, Ala./University of South Alabama) picked up the win and helped lead the Panthers at the plate.  She earned two hits and scored.  Sam Hilyer (Prattville, Ala./Chattahoochee Valley CC) had a big offensive day.  She went 2-for-3 with two doubles and five RBI.

BSC continues the action tomorrow when they welcome Hiram College to the Hilltop for a doubleheader.  First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.
