Box Score BIRMINGHAM, Ala.  – Birmingham-Southern softball opened the final day of its 2021 Softball Classic with a run rule win over Huntingdon College.  
 
Kailey Waters (Trussville, Ala./ Hewitt-Trussville HS) led the team going 3-for-4 including two runs scored and two RBI. Annie Clayton (Eufaula, Ala./ Eufaula HS) picked up two hits, four RBI and scored two runs. Kaylyn Chapman (New Castle, Pa./ Shenango HS) went 2-for-3.
 
Lauren Keplinger (Pinson, Ala./Wallace State CC) earned the win after pitching three scoreless innings. 
 
The Panthers hit the field again today at 4 p.m. against Belhaven University.
